What is Fairy Rewards?
Fairy Rewards is the Rare Plant Fairy loyalty program which helps us show appreciation for our wonderful customers. Rewards include discounts redeemable at checkout, free gifts, and access to exclusive pre-sale events!
Can I join Fairy Rewards?
New customers as well as existing customers are automatically enrolled in the program. Points for purchases made since Sept. 30, 2022, as well as points for creating a customer account, have been applied to existing customer accounts.
What are the Fairy Rewards tiers?
Gnome: spends up to $499 in a rolling 12-month period
Pixie: spends between $500 and $999 in a rolling 12-month period
Fairy: spends $1000 or more in a rolling 12-month period
Fairy Reward tiers are based on a rolling 12-month period. Customers have 365 days to keep their initial status by spending the minimum for that tier. Customers are automatically upgraded or downgraded to the tier for which they are eligible.
The rolling 12-month period starts over each time a customer moves from one tier to another.
How do I earn Fairy Rewards points?
For each $1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping) a customer earns 1 point. Rewards can also be earned for activities according to the table above.
Do wholesale customers earn Fairy Rewards points?
Wholesale customers earn points just like retail customers for purchases of non-wholesale items. Items marked WHOLESALE do not count towards points accrual.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date of issue. Keep an eye out for reminder emails!
How do I apply my points?
Click the button for the relevant reward on the Loyalty page. In some cases, a voucher code is generated to enter upon checkout.
Can I transfer points between accounts?
Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Make sure you are signed in with the correct customer login to accrue points accordingly.
