I know some say RPF is "too expensive," but you truly get what you pay for. I've ordered from many vendors, and RPF is by far the best in terms of quality. After years in the saltwater aquarium hobby, I know how tricky shipping corals can be with temperature swings and other challenges—but RPF absolutely nails it. Their packaging is next level—I even kept the box to reuse later! I’ll definitely be ordering again. Detroit is lucky to have them!

I got my first Plant from Rare Plant Fairy through the PalmStreet App. The packaging was 10/10. The plant arrived perfectly even though the weather in my area is in the triple digits. I got a monstera albo and this plant is healthy mature and it has so many roots. I did upsize its pot when I got it but I didn’t mess with the root ball I just put more potting mix in the bottom and top and I attached it to a moss pole. In just 5 days a new leaf is growing and I can see the plants tail roots growing into the pole. This plant has been the fastest growing albo I have. There has been no issues acclimating this plant to my home. I’m definitely going back to Rare Plant Fairy for future plant purchases!

Bought a pink diamond homalomena a few months ago and it was beautifully packaged, arrived quickly, and has the best variegation! Highly recommend! They were very flexible with payment methods and plans too.

I cannot say enough good things about the quality and customer service of this online plant retailer. I have purchased three plants so far. One was delayed in transit and arrived slightly damaged. They accepted a return with a full refund. That is incredible in the world of plant shipping! The health of the plants I have saved is without comparison. My Monstera has a root system that is well established. I am including pictures of the new growth that started occurring within weeks of arrival of my new plants. There is no period of shock following shipping. I don’t know how they accomplish this. While prices may seem high, the established root systems, customer service, and quality of specimen, more than compensate for the price. I feel I am getting a product worth every penny that I spend. Reliability. I trust them more than some of my local growers! 🫣

I received my Anthurium Doc Block Michelle a little over a month ago and it arrived well packaged and it has acclimated beautifully. It had already given me a new beautiful leaf. *first 2 pics are of when it arrived and last 2 are of the newest leaf.
