The seed parent is an outstanding, recently retired Anthurium crystallinum x magnificum 'Zara' form ('33') that has a rounded leaf and boasts striking lavender-infused vein patterns. The pollen parent is another crystallinum x magnificum form that is decidedly more red, and is a favorite vigorous DocBlock red crystallinum x magnificum velvet-leaf Anthurium form known as 'Home, Sweet Home' ('32').
